One of our clients had a basement remodel vision that was unique and nuanced. We were the third contractor with whom they had met. While comfortable with the other contractors, they were also concerned that the other contractors were not presenting and detailing the customization that they were seeking.
We assured our client that their specifications and desires were heard, designed, and ultimately realized. We worked to revitalize the initial inspiration that other contractors bypassed, designing and crafting custom built-ins, a soundproof music studio (that doubles as a cigar lounge), custom lockers, and a kids’ play area.
We worked in partnership with them to review every detail, finding the right mix of customization, inspiration, and budgetary considerations, ensuring that the needs and personalization of each family member was met to make this a one-of-a-kind space that is uniquely theirs, stamped with their signature, to be enjoyed for years to come.

Most Evergreen basement remodels are in the range of $50,000 to $150,000; however, we have done larger spaces with specialized amenities that have been closer to $300,000. We emphasize this with our approach: each space is unique and custom-crafted to the clients’ specifications; accordingly, there is not a typical basement remodel.
